Salt Water as a Clean and Viable Fuel?

This news report reveals that an American inventor, whilst trying to find a cure for cancer, accidentally found a way to use salt water as a fuel. This is exactly what the planet needs and wants, and incidentally, considering that cancer is in part caused by dirty fuels like oil, will help to a large degree cure cancer – by preventing it in the first place!
